I will provide a link at the end of the article to reference the T-Fal Fryer but more to the point of this review is my feelings about the Cookbook itself and I am excited to find a cookbook that presents Family Food. Many people can go buy frozen french toast sticks and other items in this book but Mr. Jacobs tells you how to make these products yourself. I love the easy to read recipes, the beautiful images that go with the recipes, and set up of this cookbook. I'll even be buying a hardcopy soon to add to my cookbook collection. I bought the T-Fal fryer back on Amazon Prime day for a great price. When I bought it, there weren't many cookbooks available for frying. They all seemed the same, with the same recipes, the same directions, and probably, the same authors. This book provides many other options, unique, basic, easy, hard, fun, yummy choices. Everything is presented clearly. The directions are easy to follow and fun to execute. The flavors. I've mentioned the book itself, but now to the recipes. I've only had the book about a week and so far I've loved the few things I've had time to make. I'm not a great chef, I'm as basic as it gets. I ruin everything, except when I fry! This book gives me the confidence to host a fried dinner party without worrying my guests will hate what I make. I recommend this book to others, especially if you want something easy to follow along with. Even if you do not have the T-Fal, but rather any other fryer, this book is STILL for you too!

An excellent cook book for those who own a deep fryer. A lot of great recipes and tips. We are very satisfied with this book. I know some were disappointed because the pictures are black and white, but who cares its the recipes why you buy the book.

The recipes look awesome. My only complaint is that the pictures are in black & white.

We purchased the fryer and thought, I wonder what recipes the book would have so...we bought it and started trying recipes. So far they are great!

We are loving our T-Fal deep fryer! Primary perks: all parts can go in the dishwasher, the oil is filtered into a bottom compartment which you can leave the oil in, however we purchased two stainless steel canisters to pour the oil into (where it can be stored in a dark cabinet and re-used up to 5 times, the filtering process is quite good). We have never owned a deep fryer and I was worried about splatter and it creating a huge time consuming clean up job, but that is simply not the case. We sit it to cook on our butcher block island and there is not much mess at all that gets onto the counter, which seeing as it's butcher block, just a bit of hot water on a clean rag wipes up easily. The rest simply needs to be allowed to cool, the oil filtered through (just a turn of a knob) and the rest loads up in the dishwasher. We've only used peanut oil in ours so far, which is delicious. Does everything it says it does.

This book is pretty good. Gives suggestions and temps...don’t have to gues!
