My daughter, who is 7, absolutely loves this book. She has been inspired by Helen’s story and we have read this book multiple times since receiving it. The book is a slight challenging read for a first grader. However, the author does a great job of breaking up the book into simple chapters while still packing the chapters with Helen’s story that makes it easy for young readers to follow along with.

A great series of books for my third grade girl!
