To be used with my acupressure pen

You will need to have a resource that allows you to look up what the numbers and letters mean and what they are good for. But the spots are produced in a way that you can see them pretty precisely. It doesn't tell you how to measure the cun to get where you want to be - so again you will have to have a resource book for that. It's laminated so it should hold up pretty well.

Unless you know what you are doing with acupressure, this chart is too advanced. I wanted a chart to tell me where to put my ear seeds, but this uses technical terms that mean nothing to me. I was looking for a chart that would say that this point controls anxiety or put here for hunger or pain. This is probably great for someone who knows what drilling bamboo means by a point on the eye.

Great, pre-laminated tri-fold chart that's easy to follow. It came with punched holes on the edge so it can be hung up or kept in a 3-ring binder. Mine hangs on the wall where I can turn it over as I follow along with the sequence of meridians with my clients. I would buy this again, and even more so if they made a larger wall-sized one I can hang in my treatment room.

If there was a bigger print version of this, I would've bought it.

Not only is this great for learning purposes, but to show people how the body is truly connected. Its a great diagram to use when explaining to someone what treatment they will be having and why certain areas are being targeted.
