Philip also runs butchery, charcuterie and sausage making courses at Ballymaloe.�Kristin Jensen�is a freelance editor, writer and author of award-winning cookbooks. She is secretary of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild and has worked with many of Ireland’s best-known chefs and authors. Kristin's work has been been widely published in newspapers and she is the subeditor of the Irish supermarket SuperValu’s magazine.

Have been to Ballymaloe and so excited to have Philips recipes for his Saturday Pizzas!!
Who would have thought that a German person living in Ireland produces the best pizza I have ever had? I knew I would look for this cookbook as soon as I attended the Saturday pizza lunch at Ballymaloe Cookery school. I don't have a wood fired pizza over, but I've got a good pizza stone and these recipes are representative of those pizzas Philip cranks out on Saturday afternoons.
