This book is a very good read for anyone who is interested in Process Improvement, Project Management, Business Development and Leading Organisational Change.Rarely I could call a business related publication, "Literature". But this book was able to strike that balance between providing an enjoyable read and an informative material.The author Eduardo Perez, is a young man who was able to share an inspiring, non-preaching and fresh experience through this book.

Good overview for beginners. Easy read. The case studies provide helpful walkthroughs of improving processes. Somewhat of a diary of several of the author's experiences.

Enjoyed it. It was to the point and left me motivated.
